What information does HTCM need to process my order?
- Product: Catalog number, name, quantity
- Contact person: name, phone number, email address
- Delivery and billing address
- VAT if applicable
- Let us know if you wish to pay by credit card
We will cater to our customers needs and build water and energy systems to fit our customers requirements. If you require consulting services please contact us for any engineering or project planning that may be needed.
How long does it take?
We usually have most products in stock, and you can get an idea about product availability if you look at our product details pages. If the status is "in stock" the product should be available and ship within the time specified in our shipping terms. For products on status "out of stock", we can always provide an estimated delivery date if you contact us by phone or email.

Shipping:
Please allow between 15-45 days for your container shipment order to arrive depending on where you live.. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at info@htcm.eu to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary. Small items please allow 15 days.
Shipping costs: Sea, rail, air or road transport will vary on size of container and destination so please request shipping costs before placing an order.
All import taxes and custom clearance is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All customers outside the European Union and exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT).

Purchases made on lightstonetech.com using a PayPal account as tender will be refunded as a merchandise credit if the return is made in-store. Store associates will not see the credit card number used on the order but will see the payment type as "other".

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is covered by the product guarantee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Equipment with obvious signs of abuse, CD, DVD, software that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
